PPG receives NYSE notice regarding delayed Form 10-Q filing
PPG today confirmed that on May 16, 2018, the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) notified the Company that it was not in compliance with Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual due to a delay in filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2018, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Such notices are routinely issued by the NYSE in such situations.

PPG today announced the completion of a COLORFUL COMMUNITIES™ project in Istanbul that converted a bus into a mobile science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) laboratory that will be donated to the Ministry of Education’s Ümraniye branch.
